My husband Gabriel just underwent an endarterectomy and I have to give props to the entire staff. A special shout out to Marc D. the ICU nurse, and the three nurses that came as a team and quickly cared for my husband. It was a pleasure watching them work together so efficiently and happy!! Everyone seemed cheerful and caring.❤️

I would like to give a great appreciation to Betty in the ICU she has been absolutely incredible. Her willingness to listen and help is truly appreciated. The care she’s given my family member I couldn’t thank her enough. Keep up the great work!

My doctor sent me to the Bostick Heart Center at Bay Care Winter Haven Hospital for a heart surgical procedure. It was easy enough getting in at reception desk with little or no wait. Dee D was my assigned nurse. She was thoughtful and full of information. What a blessing to have her along with other friendly staff. All I can say is Thank You.

I have been coming to the Cassidy Center for a long time. All the staff there are wonderful. They make you feel important from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Making sure you're comfortable offering you warm blankets to something to eat or drink. Always friendly. I am a hard stick but they are never rude about it and if one doesn't get it another will try. They are the best. It makes it enjoyable to go not dreading it. Best Team ever.

I had an excellent experience at this hospital and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding care I received. From preoperative care through my hospital stay, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Every step of the process was well coordinated, and I always felt informed and supported. I would especially like to commend Dr C.Hall and his entire team for their expertise and dedication. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease any concerns and made me feel confident in my care. The nurses in the operating room were also exceptional—kind, attentive, and reassuring during a time that can feel overwhelming. Their calm and caring approach truly made a difference. A special thank you to the nurses and patient care technicians on Swann 8. Their consistent support, responsiveness, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and recovery, and their teamwork was truly impressive.To the Bariatric coordinators Ken and Tamara, a big thank you for your encouragement and support. Overall, I am very grateful for the high-quality care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to others.

The staff in radiology are all very friendly and caring. They were on time with my appointments and handled them very efficiently. They made a very scary task comfortable and doable. Thanks also to WH Hospital for having parking spaces for radiology patients.

Dear Care Team, I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care my husband received during his recent colon surgery and two-night stay. From the moment he arrived, he felt safe, well cared for, and truly supported. Every interaction reflected compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness, which made a stressful experience so much easier for both of us. I want to be very honest about my stay at Winter Haven Hospital. I came into the ER with shortness of breath. The ER team took care of me immediately check in my blood pressure and everything else that needed to be done. Dr. Shelton in the ER was my doctor. He was thorough and told me that I’m being admitted because of a heart attack. The staff in the ER was fantastic thank you ER. I was brought up to the fifth floor, which is cardio unit. The staff that night did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable. I was scared to death. I did not sleep that well due to being so scared. In the morning the nurses were doing everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Shelley super duper.. They all did a fantastic job, but a few went above and beyond, and I’d like to say how compassionate and caring they were Tori Patterson the RN was fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and that’s what I needed at that time. Thank you Tori to you and all the staff in cardio. Chey my tech Was so helpful in so many ways as far as helping me stay clean and feel comfortable in my situation. Thank you Chey for going above and beyond. Dr. Alexa Vegas Made sure my prescriptions were modified and suitable for what I was going through. Thank you. To the staff in the entire hospital thank you for your beautiful help. When I had to have my procedure done through my arm Rakesh Choubey made sure there was no blockages. The staff in the cardio unit as far as seeing if there’s any blockage, we’re super Julia and all in the OR and kindness I received. If I ever need care again I can say was a fantastic stay. Even as far as housekeeping fulfilled all their obligations great job Winter Haven Hospital.

The Infusion Center here is absolutely amazing. The nurses here are the coolest and most compassionate set of nurses I have ever met. I had to come everyday for 2 weeks straight, including through Memorial Day holiday, and they were open for my treatments and always maintained the same uplifting attitude. Shout out to Mindy, Liz, Carson, Nancy, CeeCee, and Troy, who were the nurses that cared for me during this time. Always fun, always looking forward to seeing me, always asking how I was feeling. Very knowledgeable set of nurses, always willing to answer questions and take their time to make sure you’re comfortable. They always ask if you’d like a warm blanket, anything to eat or drink, or if you’d like entertainment. Their care has been consistent, always following protocol and asking the right questions to make sure you and your health are improving. They don’t get frustrated or treat you less if you are late to your appointment. They will review with you the rules just so that everyone’s time is respected. But if you’re late, they will still try to accommodate you in for treatment. I will be thinking of these nurses after my treatment is done, may God bless them all. 10/10 recommend
